Goal

Currently have a WebCenter Portal and Oracle E-Business Suite environment (EBS).  It has been determined that WebCenter Portal is not in use and would like to uninstall it.  Can WebCenter Portal be uninstalled without affecting the Oracle E-Business Suite environment?
