Symptoms
After a planned outage of the environment, the connectivity with one of the Data Source(DS) is not coming up.
There is no network connectivity issue between Weblogic and DB machines.
SQLPLUS is working fine and able to connect to DB.
The only change was done in the Network side was lowering the Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) Size.
When attempting to test Data Source from the WebLogic Console, the following error occurs.
