New Weblogic Administration User Not Able to Login to the Application Running on Managed Server (Doc ID 2664651.1)

Symptoms

Newly created weblogic administration user is not able to login to the application that is running on the weblogic managed server even after granting the respective application roles and administrator role .


This happens when SSL port is enabled on both admin and managed servers.
Listen port is disabled on both servers.

It gives message:

"it is not possible to log you in"

Error seen in the managed server logs :
