Symptoms

When attempting to run an idccommand for batchload, the following error occurs.

ERROR:
DEBUG: Trying to load weblogic/jdbc/sqlserver/SQLServerDriver.class from ORACLE_HOME/wccontent/ucm/idc/components/MetadataSet/classes-MetadataSet.jar...
DEBUG: weblogic.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver not found.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. DOMAINHOME\bin\setDomainEnv.cmd
2. cd DOMAINHOME\ucm\cs\bin\BatchLoading\20200331Ext
3. DOMAINHOME\ucm\cs\bin\IdcCommand -f batchfile.txt -u sysadmin -l BatchLoad.log -c standalone
