Capture Import Processor Email Job Cannot Connect to Office365 and Error "java.lang.IllegalStateException: Not connected" Occurs (Doc ID 2666510.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to configure an Import Processor Email Provider job to connect to an Office365 account, the following message is returned in the /dc-console page:

Unable to connect to the specified Email Account.

 

The information in the Capture Managed server log reads as:
