How to Minimize OEMM Repository Size in OEMM 12.2.1.3 (Doc ID 2668279.1)

Goal

When Oracle Enterprise Metadata Management (OEMM) runs the  Database Maintenance jobs, this process marks old harvested models versions for deletion but it does not actually delete them.  Due to this improper behavior, the OEMM repository size can grow dramatically.
