Using "Recon Batch Size=0" Value To Make PeopleSoft Employee Recon Connector Schedule Job Work Is Impacting Other Connectors Schedule Jobs Run

PeopleSoft Employee Reconciliation Connector
When System Configuration property "Recon Batch Size" (Keyword: OIM.ReconBatchSize) in OIM is set to '0' so that PeopleSoft Employee Reconciliation Connector recon job can work fine then it starts impacting other Connectors Recon jobs too. For instance the OUD Filtered target recon - this schedule job would run for hours even when just 1 user was put in filter and hence wouldn't allow OUD to get provisioned on OIM .
When we updated the "Recon Batch Size" to '1' again, the OUD recon job starts working fine as usual.
