Exporting treeTable to Excel Also Exports Collapsed Child Nodes in ADF 12.2.1.3 or Later (Doc ID 2669066.1)

Symptoms

The exportCollectionActionListener when set to exportedRows="all" is exporting all the child nodes in a tree in the Excel.

In previous ADF 11g and some 12c versions the listener exported what was displayed in the tree table. For example, if the user had all the child nodes in a tree table collapsed the listener would only export the parent nodes.

But now not only the parent nodes are exported but also all the collapsed (hidden) children nodes are exported.

Is there a way to export the visible data on the tree table?
