Upgrading with data sources which connects to DB2 / sql server database throwing - CFGFWK-64205: Unspecified property (Doc ID 2672971.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Build

While upgrading OSB from 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.3. Have couple of data sources, which connects to DB2 / sql server database. When running re-configuring domain, its asking for parameters which are even not applicable to target server. like service name or port number for below parameter.

ERROR
-----------------------

JDBC.SQL_SERVER_DSNAME: CFGFWK-64205: Unspecified property.
CFGFWK-64205: The DBMS/Service must be specified.
CFGFWK-64205: Specify the property.
