WebCenter Content (WCC/UCM) PS5 Archive Export and Delete Failing with Enable AppAdapterCore Component (Doc ID 2673012.1)

Symptoms

Enabled the AppAdapterCore component in WCC/UCM PS5 environment.  Use Archiver to export and delete the content, the logs show an error that the content does not exist:
