Symptoms

WebCenter Content Server Fails To Start After JDBC Connection URLs Change with Closed Connection Error.  There was a change to all the JDBC connection URLs under Data Sources in weblogic to use tnsldap names and after that UCM server fails to start with Closed Connection error


Everything else seems to work fine and Test Data Sources work for all the data sources as well.


The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot connect to WebCenter Content Server Database.
