Using Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) 11.1.2.3.0:

Followed the <Note 2227213.1> and trying to set up purging/archive scripts for OAAM but it failed with the following errors:

While creating Index and compile stored procedure, it failed with the insufficient privileges error below:
