Symptoms

In Exalogic Physical & Virtual racks, In some cases we see "ipoib_cm_handle_tx_wc: failed cm send event" status=12 messages being printed on Compute Nodes (For Physical and Virtual) and Guest VMs (Virtual racks) messages system logs.
