Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version OID

When attempting to configure DIP using dipConfigurator command, the following error occurs.

ERROR

ERROR in JPS Mbean operation
Exception in CredStore operation.
Can't find resource for bundle oracle.ldap.odip.install.DIPInstallConfigResourceBundle, key DIPCA_CSF_KEY_ERROR
Error occurred during DIP configuration Step - RegistrationStep.
Error occured in DIP configuration against OID as backend.
