Symptoms

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

In OAG 11.1.2.4 SP6, the API Gateway Manager is not reporting statistics or traffic from the gateway instances. The data trace shows this error:

traffic monitor journal write failed: No such file or directory. open 'conf/opsdb.d/<FILE ID>.idx' failed: cannot open index file <INDEX NUMBER>

STEPS
------
1. Run the policy
2. Check the admin console, under the file transfer tab, there is nothing reported.
