"<hostname>:<port> is being used by <virtual host>" Error Message when Trying to Change the Timeout Value in Policy Studio (Doc ID 2676496.1)

Symptoms

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
--------------------
An attempt is being made to change the connection timeout value for the Gateway from 30000 to 60000 milliseconds at the remote host level using Policy Studio. When attempting to apply the change by deploying  the configuration, the deployment process fails and the setting is remains unchanged.


ERROR
--------
"<hostname>:<port> is being used by <virtual host>"


STEPS
------
1. Open Policy studio
  Instance name: <Gateway_instance-name>
  Remote Host: <remotehost> '<hostname>

2. Click Remote Host settings --> General tab, which has the following settings
  Host Alias: <host-alias>
  Host name: <hostname>
  Port: <port>

 Maximum connections: -1

  Allow HTTP 1.1 (checked)
  Include Content Length in request (checked)
  Include Content length in respone (checked)
  Verify server's certificate matches requested hostname

3. In the Remote Host settings, click on the "Advanced" tab
  
4. Change Connection Timeout from 30000 to 60000

5. Click OK, the following error is generated:

"<hostname>:<port> is being used by <virtual_host>"
