Symptoms

We're unable to change the value of an option list such as dDocType in the Content UI when using Internet Explorer 11. It fails with a message saying "Unable to get property 'bind' of undefined or null reference" for line 655,55 of the boot-nmkpup.js file. After that happens, we can't use the content UI anymore.
