When attempting to use APEX RESTFul Services
the following error occurs.

404 Not Found

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Enable the Workspace Schema inside APEX for REST
2. Enable Objects
3. Test: http://<host>:<port>/ords/<alias>/hr/empinfo
