Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, WebCenter Content
Following Production to Test (P2T) migration the test system does not show the attachments stored in the content server.
- Log into the WCC directly: https://<POD>.fa.<DATA_CENTER>.oraclecloud.com/cs.
- All of the content is 0 KB.
- Atempt to open the files results in error: file is corrupt and can not be opened.
