Eoor When Testing Office 365 12.2.1.3 Connector Connection: "The required field 'scope' is missing from the credential" (Doc ID 2680738.1)

Symptoms

Using the OIM Office 365 12.2.1.3 Connector.

For the authenticationServerUrl in Table 3-1, when using  the value "https://login.windows.net/{{TenantID}}/oauth2/token?api-version=1.6"  works fine but but not for "https://login.microsoftonline.com/{{TenantID}}/oauth2/v2.0/token".  It fail the test connection with the following error: 

The connector documentation mentions to use the following URL "https://login.windows.net/ mydomain /oauth2/token?api-version=1.0". 

Is it possible to use "https://login.microsoftonline.com/{{TenantID}}/oauth2/v2.0/token" instead?
