Last updated on JUNE 17, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later
Oracle WebCenter Portal - Version 12.2.1.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When creating a new portal in Webcenter Portal, the Documents service is enabled, and Portal creates a folder under Enterprise Folders for the Portal.

However, we are getting a path error in logs and unable to add the Content Manager taskflow.

Webcenter Portal and Content had been upgraded from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0

The Path error:

<Event generated by user 'sysadmin' at host 'CIS'.>
intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csFldDoesNotExist,path:/Enterprise Libraries/ExampleLibrary

  at intradoc.server.Service.buildServiceException(Service.java:2444)
  at intradoc.server.Service.createServiceExceptionEx(Service.java:2438)

Content UI-ADF UI gives this error:
