Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Fabric

OWSM policies are automatically deleted on SOA Adapters

Deployed soa service with encryption/decryption policy enabled. service works fine after initial deployment but starts failing if there is any downtime on backend database. when checked if policy was active from console, we see below error on adapter
