Symptoms

Enabled SSL on the Managed server(Default). After this, while starting the Managed Server from the Weblogic Console, the instance goes into FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE' state with below error in the log file:

 

Changes

 Configured SSL(default) on Managed Server and also NodeManager type to SSL.
