Symptoms

When using the 19.3 JDBC Replay driver, instances of oracle.jdbc.replay.driver.TxnFailoverManagerImpl$CallHistoryEntry are not getting garbage collected.

The problem does not reproduce when using the 12.2.0.1 or 18.3 JDBC Replay driver.
