Filter Does Not Work on Load PLans and Scenarios -> Scenario -> Executions.... (Doc ID 2687523.1)

Symptoms

Filter, in Operator tab, does not work on Load PLans and Scenarios -> Scenario -> Executions....

Set filters in Operator tab and check the sessions listed in "Load Plans and Scenarios" section. 
If the filter is not applied and all sessions are listed in this section then this issue is reproduced.

Create a filter in Operator.

It is applied in the Executions tabs, like: Session List, Hierarchical Sessions, Load Plan Executions

But not in:  Load PLans and Scenarios -> under Scenario name -> Executions
