JMS Message Commit Errors in OSB Server (Doc ID 2688093.1)

Errors were found in internal JMS message commit on OSB servers:

These are 2 WLS domains in different versions:

Domain 1 - osb_domain(WLS12.2.1.2.0)
osb_cluster with 5 members: osb_server1 .. osb_server5

Domain 2 - JMS_Broker(WLS12.2.1.3.0):
JMS_Broker_Cluster with 3 members: JMS_Broker_server01 ... JMS_Broker_server03

Transactions are started in the OSB servers, get JMS_Broker_servers, but they are unable to get the osb_servers back.
