Goal

Managed server crashing while increasing the JVM heap.

Existing value: -Xms4096m -Xmx4096m
Required value: -Xms6144m -Xmx6144m -XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=1536m

Error:
The WebLogic Server encountered a critical failure
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace
Reason: There is a panic condition in the server. The server is configured to exit on panic

JDK - 1.8.0_151
