Golden Gate - Extract Process Capturing Changes Only After x Hours (Doc ID 2691169.1)

Symptoms

After initial load completed for one particular table, tried to test transactions (DMLs), and noticed that DMLs are not getting replicated to target for almost X hours. After X hours when the replication was started, its working fine. But the X hours of transactions happened in source is lost. If the extract process is started before kicking off initial load, the initial load is successful.


After X hours , we got below output saying recovery complete. Then new set of transactions are replicating fine. But the transactions happened in those X hours are not replicated.
