Swedish Invoice Date Is Not Extracting In The Correct YYMMDD Format (Doc ID 2691228.1)

Symptoms

The Invoice Date for Swedish Invoices is not being extracted in the correct format of YY-MM-DD.  The parameter for DAT_VL_YYMMDDCountries= in the DAT section of the .ini file is configured to identify Sweden as a country that utilizes this date format.  But the date format is still being extracted as DD-MM-YY.

Changes
