AWTError: Can't Connect to X11 Window Server (Doc ID 2692794.1)

Symptoms

After OS patching,  Java application is failed to process document due to X11 error.
" java.awt.AWTError: Can't connect to X11 window server using '[hostname:port]' as the value of the DISPLAY variable."

Same exception persists after rolling back to a snapshot before OS patching
