Getting Stuck Threads in Capture with Error "" (Doc ID 2693062.1)

WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) is not processing emails, faxes or scanned documents. The documents are in the queue but not processing.

This error is noted in the log:

[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '54' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "1,021" seconds working on the request "Workmanager: default, Version: 0, Scheduled=false, Started=true, Started time: 1021470 ms", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "1,000" seconds in "server-failure-trigger". Stack trace: Method)
