Email Approvals Are Not Getting Processed In Our Request/approval Workflow

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email approvals are not getting processed in our request/approval workflow
In our request and approval process, approvers send an email approval back to the SOA engine. These approvals are not getting processed since March 12, 11.30am ET.
We do not see any errors related to this in our logs, we see a DELIVERY_TO_GATEWAY_SUCCESS entry in the logs for received messages. An example is pasted below:
