Symptoms

On Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) version 12.2.1.3.0 with Spark version 2.3.0, the KM "LKM Spark to Hive" set to use the option "OVERWRITE_TARGET_TABLE=true" on partitioned tables, data is always appended to the target tables. 

It should overwrite the data in the target table.
