Classic Extract Abends With OGG-02868 - Compression is not supported

Symptoms
There are no compressed tables in the database , but classic extract still abends with below error message :
2020-07-27 14:28:52 ERROR OGG-02171 Error reading LCR from data source. Status 510, data source type TranLogDataSource.
2020-07-27 14:28:52 ERROR OGG-02868 Record on table xxx.xxx with ROWID xxxx from transaction xxxx is compredded. Compression is not supported
