Symptoms

User sees a blank page or "Unable to evaluate function 'utGetCacheKey'" after they login into CS native UI.

Symptom 1:  Users see the following message after they login into CS native UI (e.g., http://<host>:16200/cs).

 

Symptom 2: In version 11.1.1.2, a blank page was displayed after user logs into CS native UI.  The title of the html page shows "Content Server Message".  Viewing the page source (e.g, right-click -> View Page Source) will reveal the above message.
