Goal

There are many Knowledge Management (KM) Notes that have various symptoms related to the Federated flow fails, and the "serverRequestCacheType" parameter.

This note will try to define the underlying cause and general symptoms as the the solution for all the KM notes hinged around the "serverRequestCacheType" parameter setting.
