On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Fabric

Errors found when upgrading SOA schemas from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4

While testing out an upgrade of schemas from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 presented several issues

1. When running the readiness check (.ua -readiness) it generates one error that was related to the internal Audit Schema (IAU). We looked in the oracle support documents stated that we could continue with the upgrade
