How to use Redirect and Rewrite directives with URI's associated with the Oc4jMount directive of MOD_OC4J (Doc ID 269624.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 09, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle HTTP Server - Version 9.0.2.0.1 and later
Oracle Containers for J2EE - Version 9.0.2.0.0 to 9.0.3.1.0 [Release 9iAS]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

This note describes how to use the Redirect and Rewrite family of
directives with MOD_OC4J in Oracle 9i Application Server (9iAS)
release 2 (versions 9.0.2.x and 9.0.3.x). These steps are not
necessary for Application Server 10g (9.0.4).

The note assumes that the configuration files in the file system are
"in synch" with the version of these files stored in the Distributed
Configuration Management (DCM) repository. This can be confirmed using
the command "dcmctl getState -v -d"
