Goal
This note describes how to use the Redirect and Rewrite family of directives with MOD_OC4J in Oracle 9i Application Server (9iAS) release 2 (versions 9.0.2.x and 9.0.3.x). These steps are not necessary for Application Server 10g (9.0.4). The note assumes that the configuration files in the file system are "in synch" with the version of these files stored in the Distributed Configuration Management (DCM) repository. This can be confirmed using the command "dcmctl getState -v -d"
