Goal
How to use 'cn' rather than 'uid' for user logins in 9.0.4 OIDDAS and later versions.
Background:
Until 9.0.2, OIDDAS logins used the 'cn' attribute. Starting in 9.0.4, a new attribute 'uid' was introduced for OIDDAS logins. However, if desired, OID can be configured to use 'cn' (or some other attribute) rather than 'uid' as the login attribute for OIDDAS and SSO.
