On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Patch

Two Environments

Environment -A able to apply the patch 28125308  successfully no issues

Environment - B -Not able to apply the path ,  When attempting to apply the OID bundle patch 28125308 fails the following error occurs.

Stderr output:
/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.8.5/libgcc_s.so when searching for -lgcc_s

genclntsh: Failed to link libclntsh.so.11.1


Running genclntsh gives the same error:
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/genclntsh
