NIO Environment was successfully upgraded to 12.2.1.4.0 as per the following upgrade documentation and KM Note:

Next:

a. perform a simple search under the Global Search in Sites Contributor UI
b. once do that, the results will be seen
c. then click on Name column of the search results, to sort by Name
d. the UI will now will display no results returned
