Symptoms

In Fusion Middleware 11g as part of JDBC Driver upgrade from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 the four steps mentioned in the Doc ID 1970437.1 (section 10.3.6/12.1.1) are followed. However WLS still uses 11.2.0.3 JDBC Drivers for its JDBC operations.
