Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control version 13.2
Oracle HTTP Server 12.1.3.0.0

After applying patch 30692958 OSS SECURITY PATCH UPDATE 12.1.3.0.0 (CPUJAN2020) to Middleware Home of Enterprise Manager Cloud Control version 13.2, executing pingOMS command from an EM Agent home failed with error:


After the patch was removed the error does not reproduce.
Due to this patch the agents were not able to communicate with OMS servers (the requests go through OHS).
