Symptoms

False OEM/GoldenGate plugin for OEM emails received for GoldenGate targets.

For example, a false/'fake' OEM alert/email may be received that a GoldenGate extract/replicat is down but process is UP.

This could also be reported via false GoldenGate Monitor Server emails of the same type (process down but it is UP) if using OGG Monitor Server
instead of OEM monitoring/OGG plugin.
