Symptoms
On : 19.2 version, while installing ORDS,
java -jar ords.war install advanced
Specify the type of database connection to use.
Enter a number: [1] Basic [2] TNS [3] Custom URL [1]:
Enter the name of the database server [localhost]:
Enter the database listening port [1521]:
Enter 1 to indicate the database service name or 2 to indicate the database SID [1]:
Enter the name of the database service: <DB Servicename>
Requires logging in with administrator privileges to verify the Oracle REST Data Services schema.
Enter the administrator user name:
Enter the database password for <DBA_USER>:
Confirm password <DBA_USER> AS SYSDBA:
Connection to database user: <DBA_USER> AS SYSDBA, URL:jdbc:oracle: thin:@//localhost:<port>/<DB Servicename>
