Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, WebCenter Sites

When attempting to access any blob vanity URL,
the following error/warning occurs.

[wcsites_server1] [WARNING] [] [oracle.wcsites.request] [tid: 110] Content Server failed to parse and decode the URI. CS will fall back on the servlet container's request processing logic to decode the parameters instead. (java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in query at index 328: https://{host_name}:{port}/sites/Satellite?blobwhere=1581870509092&blobcol=urldata&blobtable=MungoBlobs&csblobid=null&blobkey=id&ssbinary=true&blobheadername1=content-type&blobheadername2=content-disposition&blobheadername3=MDT-Type&blobheadervalue1=application/octet-stream&blobheadervalue2=inline;filename="test-normal-v100.woff2";filename*=UTF-8''test-normal-v100.woff2&blobheadervalue3=abinary;charset=UTF-8)
