OIM_SP_RECON_ARCHPURGE gets Errors ORA-00942 and ORA-06512 (Doc ID 2703544.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.190328 version, Database

We are seeing the following in the purge_run_note column of the oim_datapurge_task_log table, after running the archive and purge scripts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a functioning system, but no off-line run of the purging has being done
2. Create the OIM_RECON_ARCH tablespace, as per the pre-reqs of the purge scripts
3. Run one of the OIM Data Purge Jobs
