Symptoms
ResultSet.getObject() or ResultSet.getString() return null or empty although a valid value is stored in a table.
This issue is reproduced when the following conditions are all matched:
- Database version and edition is Oracle 18c or 19c Standard Edition 2.
This occurs only on Standard Edition 2. - JDBC OCI Driver version is 11.2.0.4 or 12.1.0 or 12.2.0.
This is the JDBC OCI specific issue.
