Incorrect IP Address in OWA_UTL.CGI_ENV Application after Adding a Reverse Proxy in Front of OHS (Doc ID 2703945.1)

After enabling X-Forwarder-For header in reverse proxy in front of OHS, the OWA.GET_CGI_ENV is not able to capture the Client IP Address correctly.
It is expected to be able to capture and parse this data as done before implementing the change to the network device proxying requests to OHS
After implementing the change in the network device, notice the incorrect IP information is being captured in the mod_plsql application.
