Goal

On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, OSB Transports

Credentials with special characters not working when retrieved from DVM in OSB 12c

We are retrieving credentials from DVM to pass in the soap header. When the credentials have special characters like '&' they fail at the provider end as invalid credentials.
